Witness of the Divine Light

I. The Divine Light Dwells in My Soul

Before capturing the image of the “Merciful Savior of the Divine Light,” I knew nothing about Catholicism and had never attended Mass. My mother was baptized on her deathbed after battling cancer, and I, desiring to be reunited with her in heaven, was baptized beside her in the hospice ward. Yet I did not become a devoted Christian. I neither read the Bible nor attended church or prayer groups, and for years had drifted away from faith, knowing little even about Jesus’ deeds. In 2018, my first wife ended her own life, and for over two years I prayed and wept three or four hours daily, begging Jesus to deliver her from suffering and grant her entrance into heaven.

In 2024, during my first trip to Europe, I visited several grand cathedrals. Kneeling before a small image of Jesus on a wall, I prayed—and from that moment, the Divine Light quietly began to dwell within my soul. I possess a precious video where, as I prayed, the radiant light of the Holy Trinity shone upon me, and Jesus appeared in brilliant glory, dazzling and magnificent. I had long prayed only for one thing—for my departed wife to enter heaven. I offered my talents to Jesus, promising to write for Him without seeking reward, believing that only through this would I find true peace in my remaining years.

Upon returning to Taiwan, the Divine Light ignited my soul and guided me to know God more deeply. I became eager to learn, devoting myself to studying The Diary of Saint Faustina, longing to uncover every mystery of the Divine Light. Divine grace filled my days: departed relatives appeared to me in dreams, joyfully united once again, and Jesus revealed that they were all blessed in heaven. Gradually, I understood that like Saint Faustina, I had been “called” by God—a sacred vocation to write for Him, bestowed with the grace to lead souls to rest in heaven. In March 2025, I prayed for greater illumination to truly comprehend the mysteries in Saint Faustina’s Diary. The Light granted me new vision and wisdom; the entire diary opened to me anew. I entered into the Sacred Heart of Jesus, seeing within it the flame of love and an ocean of mercy, perceiving His nature and attributes from within Himself. I came to understand the brilliance of the Trinity, the unfathomable mercy of God, the radiance of the Creator’s sun merging with the crystalline heart of Jesus, and the mysteries of Divine Mercy Sunday and the Resurrection.

II. The Longing of God and Jesus

God yearns to reach human souls—to reveal His existence and infinity through me. Jesus longs for humanity to know His Sacred Heart and Divine Light; He calls me to bear witness to His love and mercy. They entrusted to me the “Merciful Savior of the Divine Light,” to unveil a divine mystery that angels and humans alike have pondered for millennia without understanding. Each day, I can see the Holy Trinity and pray before the image of the Merciful Savior of the Divine Light. I wish that everyone—especially those in suffering—could also behold the resurrected Jesus, radiant and alive; to find hope in despair, light in darkness, comfort in sorrow, and embrace in pain.

III. Keeping the Divine Light Burning

Jesus desires that the image of the “Merciful Savior of the Divine Light” be known to all, that souls may trust in Him through it. He wishes to pour out His mercy and save souls. My greatest wish is to fulfill His will—to authorize and distribute this image throughout the world so believers everywhere can worship before an image that truly emits Divine Light, not merely once a year on Divine Mercy Sunday, stored away in church storage rooms during the rest of the year. I long for all life on earth to be illuminated by this merciful light.

If all souls could be bathed in the Divine Light, love and goodness would fill humanity. With faith in love, words and actions rooted in mercy, the world could resonate with a collective spiritual consciousness—a “Kingdom of Mercy.” This awakening would bring new wisdom and illumination to humankind. The Merciful Light could transform theology and reshape the world order, ending inherited hatred and centuries of religious wars, bringing lasting peace to the earth.

My second desire is personal: that the “Merciful Savior of the Divine Light” enter the international art market. In doing so, the image could reach the global stage, and any proceeds would support greater works of mercy. This sacred image must not remain confined within the Catholic world or fade into history, forgotten by time. Otherwise, humanity may never rediscover the God who dwells in the Divine Light, nor comprehend the profound and miraculous mystery of His mercy.

IV. Let the Divine Light Shine Upon the World

Pope John Paul II once said: “The Church exists to reveal God—to show the Father who allows Himself to be seen in Christ. No matter how strong the resistance of history, no matter how divided our modern civilization, no matter how powerful the denial of God’s existence, the Church must remain ever more closely united to the mystery of Christ. This mystery, hidden in God for countless ages, has now been shared with humanity through Christ.”

And today, the very “Divine Mystery” spoken of by Pope John Paul II—the God once hidden for ages—has once again revealed new light to humanity through Christ. I have been called to be a witness of this Divine Light in our generation. I earnestly hope for recognition from the Roman Catholic Church and humbly appeal to His Holiness Pope Leo XIV to bear witness to this revelation. I long for billions of Christians around the world to be strengthened in faith through this confirmation—that the deep peace born of belief will fill them with joy, hope, courage, and comfort, knowing that the merciful Savior truly exists and loves them silently from birth to death. When billions are awakened by the Divine Light, their overflowing love will return to God and radiate outward, illuminating their neighbors. This endless ripple of love and resonance of light will propel humanity toward a new spiritual awakening.

I wish to invite the Holy See, the global Catholic Church, Protestant communities, scholars of theology and Scripture, academic and scientific institutions, to examine the Divine Light—to bear witness to the resurrected Jesus and to the Divine Light I have captured. I yearn for this image, the “Merciful Savior of the Divine Light,” which reveals the presence of both God and Jesus, to be known like a masterpiece of world art—preserved in museums, exhibited globally, and allowing all to behold the true light of God and Jesus. I deeply desire that this luminous image be displayed worldwide or turned into a documentary film.

All collaborations and proposals serve only to glorify the merciful Savior, Jesus Christ. I invite everyone who longs for Jesus, who seeks His Holy Face, who loves the Divine Light; all who venerate the “Merciful Savior” and pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy; all who honor Saint Faustina; and all hidden apostles of mercy praying silently across the world—to join together in fulfilling Jesus’ merciful calling, and through cooperation, to let the sacred light of mercy shine across the entire world.
